It Started With One Truck. One Goal. And A Willingness To Learn.
In 2022, I started Ready To Go Trucking (RTG) with one non-CDL box truck and a vision to build something of my own.
Like many owner-operators, I didn’t have everything figured out. I learned by doing—waking up early to search load boards, negotiating with brokers, planning routes, managing deadhead miles, and finding ways to make every week profitable.
As I gained experience, I grew the business from one truck to a fleet of three. Along the way, I learned that success in trucking isn’t just about finding the next load—it’s about having a strategy for the entire week.
That experience became the foundation for Box Truck Zo and RTG Logistics Dispatch.
